Terms and Conditions

 Seas Your Adventures, LLC is an independent travel service company affiliated with Cornerstone Travel, Galveston, Texas. We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. We do not own or operate these suppliers. 

 All payments are entered live with the client during a phone call or Zoom meeting. For security purposes, we do not write down or store credit card numbers. Clients must provide payment information each time a payment is made. 

 Before finalizing any booking, clients are asked to review their travel plans and confirm via email that all details meet their requirements. Once confirmation is received and booking is completed, changes are subject to supplier policies. 

 Each travel supplier sets its own rules regarding deposits, final payments, cancellations, and refunds. Seas Your Adventures does not control these terms. By booking travel, clients agree to abide by each supplier’s policies. 

 Cancellation and refund eligibility is determined solely by the travel supplier. Seas Your Adventures cannot override supplier policies and is not responsible for penalties imposed by third-party providers. 

 When available, clients may request refundable travel options. Refundable fares are subject to supplier-specific terms and may involve additional costs. Availability is not guaranteed. 

 Seas Your Adventures strongly recommends that all clients purchase travel insurance. We are not insurance agents, but rather resellers of third-party travel insurance products. The insurance provider’s policy terms govern coverage. 

 Clients who decline travel insurance must complete a Declined Travel Insurance Form. By declining coverage, the client releases Seas Your Adventures, LLC from liability for losses related to cancellations, medical issues, or unforeseen events. 

 Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and required documentation. Seas Your Adventures is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, supplier defaults, delays, or events beyond our control. 

 Seas Your Adventures, LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, mechanical failures, or supplier insolvency. 

 Travel details, itineraries, schedules, accommodations, and amenities are subject to change by the travel supplier at any time. Seas Your Adventures is not responsible for changes made by suppliers after booking confirmation. 

 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the State of Ohio.
